1. Refunds for Legal Services:

Once payment has been made for legal services, we begin processing your case immediately. As such, attorney fees are non-refundable once we have begun work on your case, including but not limited to consultation, document preparation, and filing services. In the event that a service has not yet been performed, a partial refund may be considered based on the work already completed.

2. Refunds for Products:

For products such as templates, e-books, or other downloadable resources, once the product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are not available. If you encounter technical issues accessing the product, please contact our support team at help@legalusa.co.site for assistance.

3. Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support at help@legalusa.co.site with the details of your case or purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any applicable refunds will be issued according to the terms above.

4. No Guaranteed Disposition

At Legal USA, LLC, and all legal organizations and law firms, there is no guaranteed solution to your case. The only thing we guarantee is to work as hard as we can to ensure the best possible outcome of your case. We guarantee our work-product and we stand behind our word. What we say we will do, we do. This will also be proved by our constant contact with you as the client which will include notifications from USCIS.
